Fails WP:NMUSICIAN. The current ref is a list from Shazam. However, the chart is not recognised per WP:CHART, hence it fails has had a single or album on any country's national music chart. Otherwise, this is a minor rapper, my WP:BEFORE search did not find additional refs that demonstrate WP:GNG or other criteria of WP:NMUSICIAN is met (P.S. the Spotify profile apparently just has 7 monthly listeners).
